CIRCOM’s first Mobile Journalism and it’s 12th Video Journalism training course has come to a close.

The MoJo training was led by RTE’s pioneering MoJo

expert Glen Mulcahy.  The VJ training was led by Karol Cioma, Darko Flajpan and John Inge Johansen from NRK, Nordland.  Eleven journalists from 10 countries took part and the standard of work was excellent. 

Delegates from the first Mobile Journalism Workshop share their opinions and thoughts about workshop. Over a period of 4 days the delegates worked with iphones and ipads to record and edit material. The course was designed to allow them to understand the workflow and also the 

capabilities, and limitations, of this new and innovative way of working.

CIRCOM have been very lucky to secure the services of the trainers and thanks must go to RTE, Ireland, NRK Norway and HRT Croatia.  Without their support, expertise and professionalism the training would not be as valuable and as effective as it is.
