Televisión de Galicia (TVG) hosted the 2013 CIRCOM Regional Annual Conference in Santiago de Compostela, a city that stands for a symbol of the European Union because of the long tradition of its Way and that is the capital of Galicia, a region with its own unique cultural identity.

"The way forward" was the theme of the Conference. The reference to the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage as a difficult way with a happy ending was appropriate to the great meeting of European regional television. The monumental city hosted hundreds of delegates for interesting discussions on the future of professional television and how it can help to develop this XXI century society.
