With the increasing number of women taking on leadership roles in regional broadcasting, CIRCOM Regional held its second Stepping Up workshop for women leading teams.

Aimed at women with 3 years’ experience or less in a leadership role, this event provided a safe space in which to share the challenges of leading teams. It helped new female leaders develop confidence in themselves and in their leadership.

The workshop was led by Linda Hermansson (SVT Sweden) and Gordana Škaljac Narančić (HRT Croatia) and run for three days from Tuesday 24th October at 19:00 to Thursday 26th October at 14:00 at France Télévisions, Place de Bordeaux, Strasbourg, France.

There were 14 participants from Norway, Finland, Sweden, Britain, Bulgaria, Spain, and Croatia.
