This presentation will be followed by general advice and a question-and-answer session.

James has been a political journalist for 20 years – starting work in his home city of Doncaster. He still works in Yorkshire for BBC Look North – the regional 1830 news programme. He has been Political Editor at Look North for the last 7 years – a time that spanned the fallout after Brexit and the Pandemic. As a Video Journalist, James films and edits all of his work using an iPhone mobile journalism kit. He has won the Prix CIRCOM prize for Video Journalism for the last 2 years consecutively.
