A highly practical and interactive introduction to MoJo (Mobile Journalism).

This four-day, face to face workshop gives journalists the technical and creative skills needed to film & edit their own material using a mobile phone rig. The course is designed to allow journalists with differing levels of filming/editing skill & experience to grow in confidence & ability.

Delegates learn to gather material, create a basic edit working alone and understand the principles of filming and editing for TV as well as how self-shooting and MoJo differs from traditional processes.
Delegates gain hands on experience in:
- Working with MoJo kit, camera apps & mobile editing software.
- Shot composition & sound recording in real-world situations.
- Gathering shots & editing with them on the phone.
- Shooting interviews, sequences & moving shots.
- Creating a self-shot story from start to finish.
