Raluca Chirila, from TVR Iasi in Romania, will this year judge entries in the Prix Circom, after herself winning the Rising Star category last year.

Raluca, a reporter and presenter, will be one of 14 judges from European broadcasters who will meet at Bischoffsheim, near Strasbourg, in April to choose the winners and commended in 10 categories and a Grand Prix. Other judges will be announced shortly. The judging is hosted by France 3.
