This interactive 3-day workshop is designed for anyone wanting to develop his or her confidence and skills as a trainer. By the end of the training, delegates are able to:
- manage small groups effectively
- recognize the strengths and weaknesses of different “learning styles”
- deliver training sessions in a variety of different ways
- deliver effective one-to-one coaching
- plan and deliver a training course of their own design.
The workshop is led by Mia Costello, a freelance editorial trainer who regularly works with the BBC as well as other broadcasters around the world. She has led a number of CIRCOM workshops over recent years.
The training is provided by CIRCOM Regional free of charge for employees of its member stations.
