Short Description
This topic found great interest among public serve radio and ethnic broadcasters in Europe, which brought them to the constitution of an association in 1995 : the EEBA, European Ethnic Broadcasting Association

The objectives of the EEBA are to serve the interests of its members in programmeming, legal, technical and other fields.

The European safety norms for minority programmes on radio and Television have so far been signed by RTS Serbia, NRK Norway, RTV Slovenia, MRT Macedonia and MTV Hungary.

Duration: monthly magazine of about 30 minutes - the length of each contribution depends on the particular station (preferably from 2 to 5 minutes)

Different activities
- Production of a first Euro-Ethno-Magazine with the general title of ETHNOVISION following the form of Alpen Donau Adria putting the accent on education for young people.
- Organisation of a seminar for minority radio journalists together with the MDR in Budysin- Bautzen in Germany.
- Festivals of ethnic broadcasting, for example, in Krakow/Poland together with TVP.
- Family action called `Air-Wave Family` - radio families visiting minorities and for journalists reporting on minorities the Ethno-Press-Card.
