Short Description
The Tigers of Europe is the title of a TV magazine about European regions. The first four programmes might focus on the economically most powerful regions in Europe :

Baden-Württemberg, Catalonia, Lombardei and the Rhone-Rhine area in France. Each programme of 30 minutes is a portrait of one of these regions.

A very popular personality of the area (an artist or an author) is introduced and may be the narrator in the magazine. He or she will be an insider who introduces the country and its people and leads the way to other people also portrayed in the magazine. All these characters and their stories will represent the region and will give a special impression of history, culture and mentality of the people in that area.

Other channels were not interested in a co-production. The project was postponed.
