Suspilne Ukraine is a public entity, the only public service broadcasting company in Ukraine and the largest independent media with a huge cross-platform reach. It incorporates 3 national TV channels, 4 national Radio channels, 24 regional channels and digital platforms. The company was established through the merger of 31 state-owned radio and television broadcasters on January 19th 2017 with the aim to safeguard freedom of speech in Ukraine, provide the public with truthful and balanced information about Ukraine and the world, facilitate a public dialogue for enhancing public trust, developing public responsibility, strengthening the Ukrainian language and culture, identity, and Ukrainian nation.

The main objectives are to fulfill informational and cultural needs of the public, engage the public to discussing and solving the most important social and-political issues, ensure a national dialogue, promote formation of the civil society, ensure everyone’s rights to the freedom of expression and speech, the right to receive complete, truthful and timely information, to a public and free discussion on issues of social importance.

Suspilne Ukraine is one of the leaders in terms of adherence to professional journalistic standards, our people and projects receive professional Ukrainian and international media awards. 84% of Suspilne audience trusts our news. Suspilne Digital exceeded the 10 million subscribers’ mark. The company has extensive experience in providing broadcasting in various national minorities and indigenous peoples languages, among which Bulgarian, Romanian, Roma, German, Slovak, Hungarian, Gagauz.

Suspilne Ukraine is the Member of European Broadcasting Union (EBU) since 1994, International Music and Media Centre (IMZ), egta – Association of Radio and Television Sales houses since 2023 and the International Press Institute (IPI) since the beginning of 2024.
