Training and Development Programme 2022
CIRCOM has always had a strong association with helping it’s members innovate and adapt to new media environments. MoJo is nothing new to us, but it feels in some quarters that Mobile Journalism is about to move into an entirely new phase. The Pandemic has changed our audiences’ viewing habits. Fast Forward has been pressed on the inevitability of digital disruption. What could be more natural than to create content on the same devices that will then be used to access it? That’s what smartphones give to us – a connection to our audiences that has never been there before.
Huge investment is taking place at major media organisations across Europe. MoJo may not be the answer to solving the digital question, but it seems to be a big step in the right direction.
In January, February and March of 2022 CIRCOM will be running online workshops for anyone involved in practicing MoJo or for those who want to find out more.
